Equipment Hics Pics Photography utilizes an entirely digital process. I use an Olympus digital SLR camera, and all retouching is done digitally. This process allows for many more options in your finished product. In an effort to maintain the style and high quality standards of Hics Pics, I have committed to completing all the stages of your works myself.

Invoices All invoices are due upon receipt. 2% interest, compounded monthly, will be charged on all overdue accounts.

Appointment Cancellations Please make all cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. If you are unable to keep an appointment, I will gladly reschedule for a time better suited to your needs.

Portrait Session & Wedding Proofs All proofs are chosen by Hics Pics Photography providing the best quality image, (ie. technically sound, etc.)

Travel A Travel fee of $0.45/km will be added to all session locations outside the village of Paisley, unless otherwise stated by Hics Pics.

Personal Online Galleries All personal galleries are password protected so that only the people you wish to view it, will have access. You may share your password with anyone you choose. Your online gallery is available for viewing for a minimum of 90 days. Should you require further viewing, your gallery can be re-uploaded for an additional fee.

Portrait Print Orders All portrait orders up to 8x10 size will be available 10 to 14 days from date of ordering. Any enlargements (11x14 and larger) will be available 2 to 3 weeks from the date of ordering.

Wedding Deposits 30% booking deposit (non-refundable), due at the time of consultation. Remainder of fee to be paid upon receipt of finished product.

Wedding Proof Return All wedding proof albums will be available 6 to 8 weeks from your wedding date.

Team Portraits All team portrait orders will be issued 3 to 4 weeks from the date of portrait session.

Portraits All portraits may be used by Hics Pics Photography for the purpose of advertising unless otherwise agreed upon with the client.

Copyright All images are copyrighted by Hics Pics Photography. In order to maintain the highest quality and integrity of work, as well as the reputation of Hics Pics, please do not reproduce any images without written consent.

Custom Frame Turn Around All completed frames will be available 4 to 6 weeks following the confirmation of frame style, stain and matte choices.

Payment Options At this time Hics Pics Photography accepts payments made by cash, personal cheque or Paypal.

Prices All prices are subject to applicable taxes and may change without notice.

Shipping Orders All shipped orders are sent via Canada Post, and will be packaged and processed in the best possible way to deter against damage en route. Any damages sustained during the shipping process are not the responsibility of Hics Pics Photography.
